The internet and ICT has transformed the way people communicate and this is done for several purposes. Learning is one of the major reasons as to why people communicate. To this end, we have purposed to dedicate a section to be in charge of communication, Library, eResources and eJournal for publication of the activities of this Centre and partners. It will bring together a platform on which all the activities can be sourced and the members can share ideas concerning their interests. It will manage an eJournal for the purpose of sharing publications on topical issues of the Centre.
